I installed the app yesterday, it was very easy to setup for what I need. I also wanted to change some custom CSS settings and got in touch with the developer about it. Ihnat Kuksanau replied and addressed my request very quickly. Great customer service.

This app is a lifesaver for us. Being able to create collections and have friendly pop-ups automatically let our customers know about special timelines or packaging or return policies has made them happier and cut down on our admin time. Spending a few dollars on this app saves us loads of money in other ways. When there are issues we can see proof that a customer clicked on the pop-up. And, brilliantly, that same confirmation note appears in their cart. Smart functionality there.

Easy to set up and use. Highly recommend!

My client has a product that requires proof of credentials before purchase. Putting that text in the description just wasn't getting the user's attention. People don't read, go figure! But the Product Warnings on Checkout app provided the perfect solution to our issue. Thank you!

Great app. Does what it says on the tin. Support is really fast and efficient. We took premium for the customisations and no limit warnings. Well worth it.

This app is super easy to use and very helpful. I only had one issue with it, which was related to the tags showing up in the filters. Upon emailing their support team I got a quick and easy fix to my problem!

We are starting to use this app to remind customers of certain delivery instructions. We really like how easy it is to implement and for our customers to visualize. We are still trying it out, so far so good. We'll see how it goes-.

The app started adding random tags, again randomly, to my products (such as Els PW 4325: XXXX). Until this is fixed, it's unprofessional and I do not recommend this app. Shopify Live Chat has confirmed other sites using this app have similar random tags added.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately you didn't reply to us just after submitting the review, that's why our reply goes to you not in so timely manner. Anyways, we've just wanted to clarify the things with this post.
You are right, the app adds a tag to the products that are involved into the warning. In most cases it is not a problem for the merchants as the tags are not shown on the store front. But even if they are shown, they can be easily made invisible adding a few lines of code into your theme.
The tags approach was actually selected for better performance concerns, which is highly appreciated by vast majority of the merchants.
If it is not acceptable for you to have any 3rd party product tags at all, the app has an option for you as well. If the warning is targeted by a collection, the app doesn't add any product tags. Instead, it tracks the products that belong to the selected collection(s).
