App is super easy to use, and even when I had an issue (that was user error on my part), they were super helpful with fast response time!
This only triggers for 20% of my orders. the whole point of me geting this app is to stop customers getting to checkout with out understanding exactly what they are purchasing.
Thank you for your review. As we previously explained to you, the app (as well as all other Shopify apps) is loaded after the render blocking assets in your theme. The problem can be solved by deferring those assets (optimizing the page load) or by making the app loading before them. We would be happy to help you with the 2nd option if you reply in the email thread.
The app works well, and when I needed some help with custom coding to have the popup work with my site customizations, the team were quick to reply and helped me get it done without any hassle. Very happy with their work and the app.

We use this app to alert our customers to certain criteria within their order, based upon geographical location, warnings specific to certain products, and to ensure our policies are noticed and acknowledged. We have had been using this app for a long time (4 years), but suddenly encountered an issue with product warnings no longer populating. I sent an email to their customer support, and received a prompt reply from Julia, stating that the problem had been diagnosed, a fix had been implemented, and the problem had been resolved. I really appreciate their development team's prompt action and resolution. This app helps our business immensely and I couldn't ask for better support!

Remarkable application ! I'm using it many years now and actually I couldn't find any similar that is working so nicely! It worth's the price asked 100% Also the customer service is very experienced and will solve any problems- if any ever arise - in record time.
