Easy to use and set up, helped me alert customers to potential out of stock issues. I would recommend.
Great app! It works just as we had hoped. We requested a slight tweak and within a VERY short time one of the developers helped us out. Couldn't be more pleased with function and support!
Excellent App, really helps us fulfil issues with selling restricted products on our site. Only recommendation I could make is a setting that we can choose which automatically enables products for the warning if they are part of a collection or have a specific tag. This is due to the vast amount of products we have that need a warning notification. If that were to be made I would happily change the review to 5 stars!

Great add-on app for notification windows, especially if you do have pre-orders on your site. Had a slight issue getting the add-on the work the first time, but a quick email to Elastic Soft was all it took to get taken care of. Great service and an extremely fast response time!

I used this app to make sure my customers to input their correct info. Since Shopify doesn't support re-enter form of email yet, this app would be helpful to reduce the number of input errors. I've been very impressed with Elastic's quick flexible support. Thank you so much.
Pop up works fine. Only problem, after agreeing it won't add the product to cart. Which deceives the entire purpose.

I was looking to add a note to checkout for the customers. Shopify will not let you do anything the checkout. So i used this app to get a pop up with my message. Worked out pretty good and support was fast and efficient!!! Recommended
This app has a major flaw, the warning does not appear when shipping to California from another state.
We were trying to contact you but haven't got any response. So will comment on the topic of your review here.
Please note, geo-targeted warnings are shown based on physical customer location by default. So if a customer is physically outside of California but put it as a shipping address, the warning won't be shown. An additional setup is required in order to make warnings showing up based on shipping address.

Maybe it's just me, but I installed this app and it drastically dropped my speed score for my online store. I started my store a year ago and had been consistently fluctuating between 56 - 60 speed score. Once I installed this app, the first day I dropped to a 50. The second day I was at a 45. I only found out because when I had loaded into my store on a webpage, it was noticeably much slower to load pages. It has been 5 days and I am currently sitting at a 36 speed score.... There were no other actions done on my store except installing this app during this time frame.
The customer service was actually very responsive but the app did not seem to work consistently with the warning pop ups. Sometimes it would pop up after adding to cart and sometimes it would pop up after I clicked checkout. Also, if you add to cart with the fast add and click checkout in the pop up tab then the warning would not even show up. I also tested the geolocation with a vpn service and the app did not seem to recognize this.
All in all, this app works if you simply just need something to pop up but in my experience if you are trying to be more precise with the pop ups, I had experienced many glitches.
I installed this app because there were tons of 5 star ratings but I did not have this same experience. I would have given a 2 star rating if the customer service was not as responsive.
Thank you for mentioning the support team first of all. Because we tried to do all our best resolve your concerns but some of our questions and suggestions were ignored by you.
The speed score. In order to identify the app that impacted the page speed, you need to perform a test with the app enabled and later with the app being disabled. Only this approach will give you a clear idea about the impact of each specific app. We perform these tests from our end and can see that the app has no or minimal impact on the page speed (from 0 to 2-3 points in Google Lighthouse).
Please note that the rating may be decreased due to any other reason like for example one of existing 3rd party assets being loaded slower than it was before. The impact must be tested using the approach explained above.
As for the popup consistency, we provided you multiple screencasts from different devices that demonstrated consistent work according to your settings. We asked you to provide at least one screencast or at least the steps to reproduce the issue mentioned, but this was ignored.

We reviewed the app in the Shopify App Store, had a couple of quick questions and the Elastic Software support member replied in less than 3 hours. After we installed the app, we were running some testing. We preferred to have the Pop-Up notification appear as items were added to the customer's cart, rather than as the customer "proceeds to check out". Andrew with Elastic responded to my request, and had the code swapped to work as we desired within an hour. Somebody get that guy Free Lunch!!! We'll be fully implementing the app by this afternoon. Fully satisfied.
