Their support is next level. I am using their free version and experienced an issue with the rendering of a spinner graphic. I asked them about it and they, in short order, dug in, identified the issue, and resolved it for me. A+

We use this app to alert our customers to certain criteria within their order, based upon geographical location, warnings specific to certain products, and to ensure our policies are noticed and acknowledged. We have had been using this app for a long time (4 years), but suddenly encountered an issue with product warnings no longer populating. I sent an email to their customer support, and received a prompt reply from Julia, stating that the problem had been diagnosed, a fix had been implemented, and the problem had been resolved. I really appreciate their development team's prompt action and resolution. This app helps our business immensely and I couldn't ask for better support!

I had a an issue I created myself :(, so I reached out to the support team and within a few minutes I received a response as well as how to fix my issue. My website was back to normal.

We have been using this app for over a year now and works great since we are not allowed to ship specific products. Customers can see it online so if they are in the area can pick it up. This was easy to set up and if we have had issues or questions they are very quick to reply and correct the issue. Would highly recommend.

This app is critical for our website, and it works exactly as intended. The couple of times I've asked them for help with making custom changes, they've been extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely in the top 5 apps we use for our Shopify store to help us get the job done.
