We use this app to alert our customers to certain criteria within their order, based upon geographical location, warnings specific to certain products, and to ensure our policies are noticed and acknowledged. We have had been using this app for a long time (4 years), but suddenly encountered an issue with product warnings no longer populating. I sent an email to their customer support, and received a prompt reply from Julia, stating that the problem had been diagnosed, a fix had been implemented, and the problem had been resolved. However, the app struggles with themes that utilize specific features like "quick view" and "quick add to cart". When these features are enabled and used by shoppers, Warnify Pro unfortunately fails to display the necessary warning messages to customers. This limitation poses a significant challenge, especially for stores that need to comply with legal requirements like the PROP 65 warning in California. The lack of visibility of these warnings could potentially lead to compliance issues and customer dissatisfaction, which are critical for stores dealing with health and safety regulations.

While the app offers robust basic functionality, its inability to function seamlessly across all theme features necessitates a workaround or potential updates from the developers. This drawback is particularly notable for merchants who rely heavily on modern theme functionalities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
