App doesn't work
Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. Our application operates through the Shopify API and uses Bulk Operation to optimize performance. However, Shopify only allows one Bulk Operation to run at a time. Depending on the number of products, this process may take up to 10 minutes. Within our application, we also provide information to users regarding this process. According to our usage records, we see that you tested our app for approximately 3 minutes. We believe that drawing a definitive conclusion about the functionality of the app within such a short timeframe may not provide an accurate assessment.
