This app is not working, when you try to reach the support all they are saying is "we will publish an update and it will solve all problems" for MONTHS.

App is not working . I contacted webse company they said " yes there is a problem we have been trying to solve problem. " I removed app than i contacted Shopify for refund money but they said " you should contact app owner for refund payment " I contacted app owner they said " you should get payment from Shopify so nobody hasnt refund payment.

The programme is very simple to use If you are using your supplier's XML file, I highly recommend it. it has a simple interface, you mark the fields and the programme takes care of everything for you. the technical support is also excellent, they respond instantly via whatsapp. the price is much better than other expensive products. be sure that it meets your needs related to XML more than enough, you do not need to pay extra for other programs.
