This app is not working, when you try to reach the support all they are saying is "we will publish an update and it will solve all problems" for MONTHS.
The update has been completed, and hundreds of stores continue to use our app actively. We believe this does not reflect a 1-star experience. Your refund has already been processed, and we were in constant communication through support. We kindly feel this review is unfair, and we would really appreciate it if you could consider updating it. Thank you for your feedback.
