Your app is dead. Installed it, set a schedule, it did't do anything, went in to manually poke it and it won't load. Clear cookies, tried new private browser window, same.
Hopefully their support will respond quickly and fix it. No idea if this is a regular thing or not or if they are using any app monitoring tools like New Relic to alert themselves to issues before customers find out or need to email.
