I've been using the ReviewXpo app for the past two days, and I'm really impressed! It's super easy to set up, and the interface is clean and user-friendly. Importing reviews is smooth, and the display on store looks very professional. I especially love the customization options—it lets me match everything to my store’s branding. The support team is also quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommended for any Shopify store owner looking to boost trust and sales!

It worked well at first, but as I added new products, the reviews from other products were incorrectly assigned to the new ones, which should have had zero reviews. I contacted support, and they requested access to my store and three days to fix the issue. I told them I only had a few hours. They made me wait three hours, only to say they couldn’t fix it and advised me to delete the app. Not only did they never log into my store, but they also requested finance access on top of store access, which I found very suspicious. Luckily, I noticed and unchecked it. I’m now using a different app and have no issues.

This is literally THE BEST customer support on the market. I had issue with DNS verification for review reminder to customers after purchase and they access to my store by collaboration code and resolved issue personally from their side. I am amazed because nobody is assisting on that level usually you only get instructions what to do but they resolved issue by themselves. I highly recommend this app.

I was so surprised with the customer service that ReviewXpo has. Communication was top notch from Sabbir and he did everything that he could to sort out my DNS issue. 11/10 in customer service. Awesome product. Easy to import reviews and send follow up emails.
