ReviewXpo Product Reviews App

I downloaded this app to give it a try as I received a promo code when I purchased a Shopify theme. The code didn’t work and kept coming back with an error. I reached out to support and the first time it took them 5 days to respond asking what the promo code was I was using, I had already provided this in my support request. Two days now since I replied and still nothing, all I can say is first impressions are stay week clear of this company as they obviously don’t have any interest in customer service.

I've been using ReviewXpo on my store for a while now, and it's honestly one of the best apps I’ve added. The setup was quick, and everything integrated perfectly with my theme.

My customers find it super easy to leave reviews especially with photos and videos and the automated emails help bring in more feedback without any extra work on my part. I’ve even had customers thank me for making the review process so simple!

The ability to offer discounts for reviews has increased engagement, and I’ve seen a clear boost in trust and conversions since using this app. Support is responsive and helpful whenever I need anything.

It worked well at first, but as I added new products, the reviews from other products were incorrectly assigned to the new ones, which should have had zero reviews. I contacted support, and they requested access to my store and three days to fix the issue. I told them I only had a few hours. They made me wait three hours, only to say they couldn’t fix it and advised me to delete the app. Not only did they never log into my store, but they also requested finance access on top of store access, which I found very suspicious. Luckily, I noticed and unchecked it. I’m now using a different app and have no issues.
