It worked well at first, but as I added new products, the reviews from other products were incorrectly assigned to the new ones, which should have had zero reviews. I contacted support, and they requested access to my store and three days to fix the issue. I told them I only had a few hours. They made me wait three hours, only to say they couldn’t fix it and advised me to delete the app. Not only did they never log into my store, but they also requested finance access on top of store access, which I found very suspicious. Luckily, I noticed and unchecked it. I’m now using a different app and have no issues.

Easy to Customize with Great Support!
We just started using ReviewXpo, and it’s been perfect for our store. It’s so easy to adjust the review widget to match our branding and set up how reviews are shown. The option to add photo and video reviews is a big plus too! Highly recommended.
Support team is great! App is user friendly, I had no problems installing and using it. Of course it can always be improved, but for what I needed it works very well.
ReviewXpo is a great app! The UI is nice and easy to use, and the support team is very helpful. It made adding reviews to my store super simple. It would be great if I had found this app earlier.
