This app is amazing. This app takes a very complex aspect of business (full customization) and makes it simple for anyone to use. On top of that, the support team is insane. They have answered every question I have had promptly and accurately. They even provided video tutorials for my specific needs. If you are interested in product customization, look no further. This app is worth every penny!

Looked for a long time to find an app that did every we needed. We came across this app and it did most of the requirements. However once installed the developers were always on hand for questions and small changes that worked better for us. Really helpful staff and app now does everything we needed it to. Amazing. Thanks Guys
Un très bon outil de personnalisation de divers objets, textile pour mon cas, assez facilement personnalisable. Les devs sont présents via un chat intégré et peuvent agir en direct pour apporter des modifications si besoin (deplacer quelquechose, faire une traduction, etc...

The app itself is very good. I has a very nice live view and the graphic designer is nicely laid out and has a lot of wonderful features so the customer gets an excellent idea of how it looks. Over the course of setting up my store they already improved many things. The customer service is beyond compare. I needed some personal help and they were there at every turn by both chat and personal call. They helped me make many detailed changes that made my store eye catching and provided a smooth customer experience.
This app is awesome and customer support is very helpful. I had no clue what I was doing and messed some things up, they were very quick to fix them and offer tips along the way. This app will for sure change your business.

We looked around for a long time to find an app that did everything we needed. After using 3 or 4 different ones we finally discovered Inkybay Product Customers. This app offers loads more features than the others, and the inbuilt quantity breaks tiered pricing option means we could remove another app we were paying for!
Its sleek and easy to use, has more features than I have had time to look at yet, but the very best thing about this app is the support. Rashed is a master at sorting out problems quickly. I emailed him at 2am UK time, and by the time I woke up at 9am he had sorted out the problem, and emailed me a response of how to avoid running into the same issues again.
Would definitely recommend!

Inkybay is a very well-developed app with rich customization features that fit our needs. The customer support team is excellent, answers any question and helps me promptly. App set up is easy and the best part is I do not need to edit any code into my theme. I highly recommend Inkybay!!!
