So far it looks like a great app. You can customize many aspects of the app and support is fast and helpful.
I am new to Product Customizer but I am very please with it. And I can't sing enough praise for their customer support!
I don't recall ever giving a five star review for any product with anyone in the past. Unfortanely today most company's idea of customer support is lip service and an outdated, time wasting online FAQs or forums.
Not Inky Bay. Whenever I need help they are there for me.
I am still learning their product and have a lot more to learn but if their product is anything like Rashed of customer support, I will be a customer for a very long time.
Great app. Very customizable. Excellent customer service from Rashed. They are very responsive to all of the questions that I've had.
Amazing app, before finding Inkybay, there is no personalizer app can satisfy all my requirement. It is really worth to buy, almost 24/7 CS. Rapid response, almost can fix everthing.

Very useful app for allowing customization of printed products. Goes beyond the basics of allowing file upload, color selection, etc. and really gets to the key details of operating a larger scale printing business including a range of upcharges, quantity discounts, and more.
Support is always available by chat and is extremely helpful.

Agréablement surpris de l'application. facile a utiliser et intuitive. J'ai essayé une autre application similaire mais qui c'est avérée difficile a configurer et n'offre pas les même outils de personnalisation que Inkybay.
Vu que je ne suis pas programmeur, J'ai eu des difficultés a faire quelques modifications sur la page de mon produit, j'ai contacté le service technique qui m'a demandé le lien de ma boutique, et qui a résolu mon problème et m'a même montré comment le faire moi même si je voulais.
Je leurs souhaite une bonne continuation.

Great Customer service but the customizer just wasn't working for one of my products. It is no fault of theirs as my product was difficult in terms of customizing for the end user. But I am using it for all my other products.
