Customer service is fantastic. Answered me within 5 seconds on a Sunday night. I didn't end up using the product because it didn't fit our needs but I was able to figure this out within 5 minutes of talking with their customer service because of how fast they were. Too bad! If this works for you you'll love the customer service.
I recently reached out to the Inkybay Support Team for assistance, and I must say, the experience was top-notch. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.
The designer helping me was very good. They answered all of my questions and even sent me instructional videos on how to setup my products addressing my specific needs.

the support is simply great. If I have a problem or want to have something adjusted, a message in the live chat is enough and you get help. Great program and great support. I would recommend it to anyone

So far everything has been great! There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it it's great! not to mention custom support is amazingly fast.

meencanta la aplicacion, es intuitiva, ya luego que se carga un producto se copia para el siguiente producto del mismo estilo, el soporte de la aplicacion es de inmediato, en los 21 dias gratis te permite conocer la aplicacion, activar los productos y comenzar a vender y asi se paga sola con las ganancias, tambien se pueden ofrecer descuentos a los clientes, realmente me encanto

Customer service is AAA. The app is easy to install and it has some extra features for customization. Much better than what I used to have.
