Absolutely amazing app, so many customizable options in the app, including custom pricing options ! Its great that there are so many themes to choose from AND they helped me customize the options the customers can use. LOVE this app and LOVE the customer service even more. Shout out to NICK & Rashed! This is the 3rd custom product tool I've used , I can tell from day 1 I am never going to use anything else. GET THIS APP if you want to have complete control of your custom products!

Ran this app over a period of 6 mos. and I'm very impressed with the customizer. First off, incredible customer service, they're always very responsive. The app itself run very smoothly and my customers loves it. Make sure you install this app guys!!

Die Konfiguration ist einfach, mit etwas HTML Kenntnissen lässt sich das Design individuell anpassen. Eine deutsche Sprachdatei ist auch vorhanden, die sich anpassen lässt. Wenn man Fragen hat, bekommt man beim Support schnelle Hilfe direkt über den Chat oder per E-Mail. Zusammenfassend gesagt, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann den Designer auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

This app is complex, and I mean that in the best way possible. Our needs were complex and it covered just about everything and more. Anything we couldn't achieve with the oem app, the inkybay team was eager to help shape and customize the app to work perfectly to our needs. Support is timely, they always follow up through email, and are extremely receptive to your desires. If you're out there fishing for an app that allows customers to customize your product, look no further. Be prepared to read up on the guides provided and don't be afraid to ask their team question. Rashed Lemon was a god send and always had an answer or video for me to watch that would teach me even more about the program. Seriously, I'm not just talking this up to talk it up; our company spent years trying to build what this team had already mastered. Best customized product app on shopify.

This app will be used to set the tone of our services. Without this app Build-A-Bonnet couldn't be. The experience and assistance from beginning until now has been magnificent and we truly believe it will remain. The support staff has been beyond helpful. FunGiftWrap.com This app does exactly what we wanted. The customer uploads their image to our designs and we create custom printed gift wrap. Any feature i was looking for is in the app. The support is great, usually on line or will usually fix first let me know to check out the fixes I requested. Very responsive support 5 stars. I am currently on the Advanced Plan and will be going to the Professional plan soon as we add additional designs for our customers. There is very extensive back end functionality with the ability to make many tweaks. I do wish the instructions were better, but when I have a problem, Inkybay has explained it in an email and in some cases have created a private video to better explain the issue. This plug-in right after the install has a great amount of customization options to get your site built! For our specific business model, allowing many customization options, we did come to certain areas where the vanilla settings didn't cater just right. However, the Inkybay support team has been a great help in adjusting minor details and providing affordable pricing for more specific development. So far, we've been able to get each function as needed for our business!

We have been using the app for a couple of years, and it works great. It's beneficial if you are in the custom apparel business. The team is incredible if you need any adjustments.
