I highly recommend InkyBay and I'll tell you why.... I've wasted a lot of time with FOUR other APPS that cannot product the dedicated service the technical team at InkyBay provides. Installation is fast. Support is LIVE during their business hours and ANSWERS are immediate! With other APPS, my requests were ignored, unanswered and left my theme in a mess when uninstalling. I've been in business over 35 years and online for 25 of that time. I'm telling you that InkyBay is where you need to be as a Shopify owner selling products for customizing. They are there EVERY STEP of the way with you as you learn and their 14 day trial period is much more than enough time, adequately, for you to learn the Dashboard and what's expected. I plan on carrying them with me as I grow.
The App does what it says it will do AND MORE. It's JUST what I was looking for and I wish I had found them much sooner!
Still waiting on "customer service" for an explanation as to why they are still charging me for the app after I had deleted it from my shopify store.
Thank you for your comment. Our team already approved the refund request and the Shopify team issue a refund to your account.
The issue was, the charge was generated before you uninstalled the app and Shopify (we are using Shopify billing API) charged the pending amount on your account billing cycle date (the date was a later date of your uninstallation).
I'm pleased by the helpfulness J. Alam provided me regarding special customizations and such.
The support is incredible, I tried Customify and you guys treated me much better.
App features are wonderful, so complete we even had to request disabling some hahaha

this app is very useful, I was looking through tones of apps and just did not really like what I had seen, I found this app on another website and added it to mine, there was some changes I needed to make so I sent the help team a message (they took 2 seconds to get back to me). thye made the changes in 48hrs and I loved it

I've researched mostly all of the current customization type of apps offered within Shopify and don't waste your time with the other apps, try this one out, it will impress. It's perfect for any sort of customizations you want to add to your product.

I use this for my custom clothing design business and it is the best app I've found for this kind of website. It has many personalization options for the customer and many preferences and settings for the business. The volume discount is very useful for bulk orders.

This app is fantastic! I went through nine different customization apps- installing each app, learning to use them, trying to make them do what I wanted-- but every app had at least one "deal-breaker" that made me uninstall it. You may think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. Nine customization apps that you can find here on Shopify. Inkbay's was the tenth, and this powerful app is the only one that allowed me to do everything I needed, and even included a few features that I hadn't thought of, but were great improvements over the way I planned to do things.
The app is not the easiest to understand at first glance, but the Inkbay support team was happy to arrange a Skype call to guide me through and answer all of my questions. Once you get the concept, everything falls into the place, and working with the interface becomes simple.
Inkbay's app allows you to have an incredible number of variations and options to your product, and to view those variations through custom images. Pricing can be adjusted within each individual option and the customer can see price changes dynamically as they make their picks. And the personalization tools are top notch! They include scores of fonts, but you can upload your own. Customers can curve text, resize text, flip text, add drop-shadows, outlines. There's also a simple clip-art gallery (you can add more images to it if you want something fancier) and customers can upload their own images. Just fantastic stuff.
And as hard as it is to believe, the customer service is even better than the app! The gang at Inkbay has completed every request I have made. They completely re-designed the interface to suit my design sensibilities and the style of my site. I sent them what I wanted the interface to look like (a completely new design) and, within a few days, they had the interface looking exactly like what I had sent. This type of custom design work would have cost thousands if I had hired someone to do it. The Inkbay team did it for free. It's obvious that they are committed to top-notch support for their app, and that they hold themselves to a very high standard. I couldn't be happier with them and their app. Can't rate this app highly enough.
