Profit Calc is the only app I’ve found that really fits what I need, and the support has been incredible. I reached out asking if Gelato could be added because we’re planning to use it for an upcoming product launch. I hadn’t even started selling through Gelato yet, I was simply asking if an integration was planned.
Within about five hours, the developer had already built most of the Gelato integration and sent me a setup page so we could test it once we start getting orders. I genuinely wasn’t expecting anything close to that level of responsiveness.
It’s rare to find a developer who listens to customers and moves this quickly. The app itself has been great so far, and the support alone has earned me as a long-term customer. Highly recommend!

Great financial reporting app! It has everything we need that our previous financial reporting app did not have. They also have great customer service. Definitely recommend if you want complete and accurate reporting.

Profit Calc is great! Set-up is easy, love that the data sync in real time, and support is extremely responsive and helpful. We use it to measure daily CAC and contribution margin. Would recommend!

I've been using this app for a few days now. The setup is really quick and easy, and the metrics provided are extremely useful for understanding the direction of the business.
Customer support is very fast and efficient!
In future releases, it would be great to be able to customize the main dashboard more.
