Interface clair, c'est exactement ce qu'il me fallait pour mieux suivre ma rentabilité. Coût par article, frais de carte, coût d’expédition (fdp + conditionnement), tva, abonnement à des applications tierces ect

Exceptional reporting tool. Good price and great reports. Very easy to use and understand.
Terrible app and customer service. The representative Anna (which must be a fake name) ignored me for 14 days and responded with extreme rudeness.
They don't resolve refund issues and lie, saying they don't have access to data that ALL other apps have always had when assisting me.
They only want your money and will never help you if necessary.
I already filed a complaint with Shopify and proved that the representative is 100% wrong.

You don't get a warning or anything like that when you exceed the usage fee. So I spent almost 100€ for 1 month just on Profitario, what a disgrace.

Basic plan ($20/month): Covers 300 orders in 30 days, with additional charges for extra orders. While usage charges are limited to $75 per month.
Pro plan ($50/month): Unlimited orders, no extra charges.
The Basic plan is designed for flexibility, but we get that the extra charges can catch you off guard if you're not expecting them. While you can always check your usage and charges in the Shopify billing menu, we hear you - it's not ideal if you're not actively looking for it.
Given your situation, moving to the Pro plan might be a better fit for you. If you decide to upgrade, we'd be happy to review your recent charges and see how we can adjust them to align with the Pro plan pricing.

Pros: Beautiful layout
Cons:
1)BUG: After manually editing a product cost, it returns to the original price.
2)Do not allow you to fully manually edit some data.
3) Inexistent support. I text on message, nobody ever there. Required email contact, nobody ever answered.

- Pricing Display Bug: Sorry about the confusion here. The issue where edited prices reverted back visually was just a display glitch—thankfully, it didn't impact the actual calculations. We've already fixed it.
Support Response: As a small team, we do our best to get back to everyone within one business day, but occasionally things get busy, and we have to prioritize paying customers. We're sorry our response time wasn't what you expected. We'll work on improving our support process.
I find Profitario very good. It is a must-have app.
The App has been super amazing so far and the Support has also been great and quick to fix an issue I had with my Facebook Ad Account integration. I can 100% recommend Profitario and the Staff.
It helped me a lot to understand my bills and how to pricify my products. It's very visual and organized
The app is basic, but gives you key metrics. Adding costs is simple. I wish it would allow to create custom dashboards.
However, their customer support is terrible! I reached out because it showed my LTV is $0. I did not get an answer within a week. When I followed up, I was told by Anna that the devs would look into it since it seems to be a bug. It's now another week later and I still do not have a reply, and my follow up has been ignored. Frustrating!
