o support, hard to link 3 stores

Regarding your 3 stores: shops can be transferred to one account automatically by following this guide:

You don't get a warning or anything like that when you exceed the usage fee. So I spent almost 100€ for 1 month just on Profitario, what a disgrace.

Here's a quick rundown of our plans:
Basic plan ($20/month): Covers 300 orders in 30 days, with additional charges for extra orders. While usage charges are limited to $75 per month.
Pro plan ($50/month): Unlimited orders, no extra charges.
The Basic plan is designed for flexibility, but we get that the extra charges can catch you off guard if you're not expecting them. While you can always check your usage and charges in the Shopify billing menu, we hear you - it's not ideal if you're not actively looking for it.
Given your situation, moving to the Pro plan might be a better fit for you. If you decide to upgrade, we'd be happy to review your recent charges and see how we can adjust them to align with the Pro plan pricing.

The support has a bad communication and don't solv your needs. About the system to transfer accounts it does not work well, since the previously system. it still not working. It does not have an option to delete your account if you want to solve your transfering problem it could be deleting your account and starting it from your's profitario main account. About to login with this account it does not work as well I tried. and it forces you to create a new account.

We looked into it, and the transfer itself worked as expected. The confirmation email could not reach you because the Gmail address on your account had been disabled by Google, so the message was never delivered.
On account deletion: there is nothing you need to do there, shops are deleted automatically once the app is uninstalled.

Terrible app and customer service. The representative Anna (which must be a fake name) ignored me for 14 days and responded with extreme rudeness.
They don't resolve refund issues and lie, saying they don't have access to data that ALL other apps have always had when assisting me.
They only want your money and will never help you if necessary.
I already filed a complaint with Shopify and proved that the representative is 100% wrong.
