Koala Bundles Volume Discounts

I’ve been using Koala Bundles for my shop and it’s great, but the customer support is next level. I had an issue with my product variants not syncing with the app, so I reached out and Max helped me out. He was awesome! Not only did he fix the sync problem super fast, but he also tweaked the design so the bundles look absolutely perfect on my page. Super fast and helpful support, thanks a lot Max!

I’ve worked with quite a few Shopify apps, and this is honestly one of the best investments we’ve made for our store.

The app offers so many useful features and campaign options that every e-commerce marketer would need to run a professional online store. Instead of installing multiple separate apps, you can manage a lot of important promotional activities in one place, which makes day-to-day marketing much easier.

What impressed me the most, however, was the support team. We ran into an issue while launching our first campaign. At first, it looked like the app had crashed, but it turned out the root cause was actually a Shopify-related error. Despite it not being their fault, Alina immediately jumped in, explained exactly what was happening, guided us through the issue, and helped us get everything up and running.

The timing was particularly unfortunate because we were preparing a live campaign, but the team handled the situation incredibly professionally. They even extended our access as a goodwill gesture, despite the issue being completely outside of their control. That level of customer care is rare these days.

A huge thank you to Alina for the patience, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their customers’ success.

This app offers some excellent features, though there are still many functionalities yet to be developed—specifically, it currently lacks the "bundle" style option that I was most hoping for. However, the customer service is truly outstanding; support agents Gyte and Louie helped me resolve numerous issues, and I am extremely grateful for their assistance.

This app works well. It allowed us to increase drastically our average basket size. The team is very dedicated and enclined to answer promptly.

Mit der App hat man super viele Möglichkeiten und Optionen, wie Gratisartikel, verschiedene Rabatt- / Bundlesysteme und Staffelungen.
Das Beste: Es wird präsenter auf der Webseite dargestellt und es gibt mehrere Optionen das Angebot einzubetten.
In der App direkt kann man auch die Farben komplett individuell anpassen und hat direkt daneben eine Vorschauspalte.
Auch ist sie sehr nutzerfreundlich und unkompliziert aufgebaut.
Kann die App wirklich empfehlen!
