Koala Bundles Volume Discounts

Useful and it helps to make the store look proper, I want to mention their customer support that helps you step by step on any action you want to do, and I want to thank Gyte especially.

The app itself works flawlessly and is technically solid. Setup was straightforward and the bundles are displayed correctly in the shop.

However, we find the pricing model to be unfair. The monthly fee is based on the total revenue generated through the app — regardless of whether an actual upsell occurred. Even single-item orders, which would have happened without the app, count toward the pricing tier. This quickly bumps you into one of the highest pricing levels, even if the app didn’t contribute much value in those cases.

In our opinion, the pricing should be based on actual upsells — meaning from the second item onward, where the app likely had a real impact.

Technically impressive, but the pricing logic just doesn’t make sense for smaller merchants.

Really great app. I saw an instant increase in revenue. The support is also super helpful.

Great app that allows bulk discount to a single product variation store-wide. Saves a lot of time and has a feature that many apps are missing.

Wow! Koala is a super easy to navigate all-in-one bundle and volume app perfect for my store which focuses on customization. Louie was on hand to test set-up and ensure everything was running smoothly. I have custom coding in my product page which the app easily accommodated and Louie took the time to investigate. BIG advantage and after testing a dozen or so other bundlers this was the only one with all the features I needed. Easy. Simple. Effective!

I found the app actually very easy to use, and has so many options for bundles which other Apps didn't seem to have.
