Installed for tier pricing breaks, which I was having trouble finding a free app that did what I needed, until I came across Koala. Chatted with support and got everything I needed quickly (instantly). Easy to set up.

Super App. Their Support is extreme. I have seen lots of big company but not good support. But koala is one of the best and their support is super.

These guys are super fast! Every time I needed support, they replied within seconds. Of course, they can't fix everything immediately, but they do their utmost to ensure your issue is followed up on correctly. I even proposed some features, and they take everything into consideration. I can't wait to see them rolled out!
