Koala Bundles Volume Discounts

Hands down the best damn app we’ve found for volume discounts and wholesale pricing. The support team actually shows up, does the job, and does it right. Glad to be rolling with them, and I’d recommend this app to anyone who’s serious about leveling up their pricing and offerings.

This app is the best for upsell, so easy to setup - the designs are excellent. Essential for anyone who is getting sales to their store and looking to increase average order value!

Not responsive. Hard to reach out. We tried to use their app thinking their app is better than others and even subsribed to them, at first, i saw a drop in our conversion. And I was wondering what is the problem. After few weeks, I received a feedback that why is our product is tagged as SOLD OUT even though I checked, we have that inventory. And we tried to click the continuous selling but still not working. I do not recommend this, we;ve wasted a lot of money!

I would dearly love to give this company a 5 star as they have been good to us and we benefitted from using the app.

The reason for the 3 star is that it took me well over 2 hours over several occasions to try and resolve an issue that was eventually fixed.

It should not take this long to EXPLAIN a problem.

Anyway I hope to give it a 5 start next time.

This is a powerfull app and one I like to use alongside it's other one upsell Koala. Of all the apps I have installed this has the most customisations but is also the easiest to use. Tthe support team are available within minutes and offer great help. They have an inbuilt button where you can request help on the campaign you are working for, so any support is super quick and specific to the exact problem you are trying to solve. Louie has been especially helpful. Thanks team!
