I’ve been using this app for a while and I’m really impressed with how smooth and reliable it is. Everything works exactly as expected, and it has helped us optimize our store operations.
I would dearly love to give this company a 5 star as they have been good to us and we benefitted from using the app.
The reason for the 3 star is that it took me well over 2 hours over several occasions to try and resolve an issue that was eventually fixed.
It should not take this long to EXPLAIN a problem.
Anyway I hope to give it a 5 start next time.
