Terrible app, caused my product page to fade and not be visible to the customers! Half of the time buy buttons and text faded away due to this app, avoid it.

I see you have not contacted customer support. The demo store has 'Refresh' theme same as your store and there the app is working without any issue.
In addition I tested the banner you had created on your store locally and I wasn't able to find any issue.

Great support! Contacted me without my doing after they saw I had trouble with my banner. And then adjusted it PERFECTLY to my needs. Amazing!

it seemed a bit easy at first until i got stuck with an issue for over 30 mins. That's when I finally contacted customer service and they helped me fixed the issue fast and straight to the point. I thank them for assisting me with my problem!
