The app back office is easy to navigate. There is no writing code or need to understand how to add it to the app stores. I did have some questions in the beginning and the customer service team is wonderful! They get back to you quickly and are willing to walk you through everything if you need them to. I have tried many different "app builders" so far this has been the easiest one to use, with the best customer service, and most affordable pricing.

We had been using a apple/android store app and decided to transition to web app seeking more stability and consistency for our users as our subscription system was very unstable under regular apps. We tested almost all web app options here on shopify and found Ampify to be the one with the most customization options, a very complete push notification system and a clean and transparent dashboard. Their support is incredibly clever at solving problems as we did have a lot of doubts and needs. We definately recommend Ampify to shops that have been desapointed at regular app store apps and would like to rely on web app solution that can offer users a complete, light and easy to use app solution.

We've been trying to launch an app on Google Play and iOS, which has been extremely challenging. Getting through all the hoops on iOS has been especially tough, to the point where we've given up. However, we discovered PWA and found Ampfy to be the best option. They are reasonably priced and their support is world-class; they resolve issues we've encountered quickly and are always open to listening to their users. You won't regret this.

I realised PWA wasn't working properly after running an audit so I contacted support. It turned out it had been affected when I changed my theme a few days before. They already knew about it and had already been working on it for some time. They were well ahead of me and it was all ready within a few minutes of messaging them and they had upgraded my account to get it working even better. Highly recommend for the excellent support and customer service.
