It's easy to set up and works well. For some reason I couldn't get the chat function to work through shopify but the team were very responsive over email and helped me resolve an issue quickly.

The app works great and is really intuitive (highly recommend going the MapBox route). The main thing to mention though is how amazing the customer service is with this app. The team work hard and efficiently and go above and beyond helping us integrate the app so it matched our store.
