SCAMMERS! no form of contact no support email, this app will slow your page down causing conflict in checkout and product pages, they leave codes and java scripts on your page raising your INP levels. STAY AWAY!

We’re really sorry to see your review, and we completely understand how concerning it is to experience issues like page slowdown or checkout conflicts, especially when it affects your store’s performance.
We’d like to kindly clarify that this may be a misunderstanding. Our app, Promer AI Ads Creative / Meta Ad, is designed strictly to generate ad images and simple ad animations. It does not integrate with your storefront, does not inject any code or JavaScript, and has no involvement with your checkout or product page processes. Because of this, it would not be able to create code conflicts, leave scripts behind, or impact performance metrics such as INP.
We’ve also reviewed your usage and saw that the app was only used briefly for generating ad creatives, with no deeper interaction with your store.
Because of this, the situation you described doesn’t seem to match how our app works. It’s possible the experience may be related to a different app.

This app is great! I did run into some issues when generating my first ad. The AI magic kept misspelling words. I contacted customer support and WOW they were the best I have ever had using Shopify apps. I dealt with both Ricky and Julie. They revised my creative to be exactly what I wanted. Not only did they fix the misspelled words, but they adjusted positioning and font colors for me. They worked hard to get it just right. I felt like I had a team behind me helping me make my ads perfect. I would absolutely recommend the app. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
