I really am enjoying this app I signed up for the free trial than loved it so much that I signed up for the membership the same day. This app has saved me alot of time as well as produced excellent quality & professional ads. Don't forget to sign up for the onboarding, the team (Ricky) can provide excellent insight. I ran into a slight issue with ad generation, I reached out to Promer support and quickly received a response from Julie, who in turn forwarded the issue to Ricky. The issue was fixed in a timely manner. Very pleased with their quick responses and how they focus on immediately resolving issues that come about. I highly recommend this app.

This app earns a 5/5 rating from me despite one current limitation. The customer service is outstanding—they are incredibly responsive and proactive in resolving issues. The app is also highly intuitive and effective, producing excellent results with minimal effort. While I was hoping to use it for 19:6 Shopify banners, which isn't available yet, the company immediately offered a refund and promised to notify me when the feature launches. Their excellent service and the app's overall performance make it a great choice.
