Easy to use and set up. Can't beat the price.

I really like all of the features and the ability to make full customizations. I don't see much of a point in purchasing the premium features for now but the free features are great!

we are using zotabox at yogagirlsfashions just opened our store online and were looking to boost customer interaction that would help our conversion rate. Heard about zotabox from a youtube video. Am so happy we did because now we can help our customer with what they are looking for at yogagirlsfashions and find out about their interest to help and provide better customer care.

The bar fits nicely on the screen. Able to customize. Very happy with it!

Just started using it but I like all the different options it gives you for notifications. Was using a bar before that was only good for shipping alerts.
