The free app is already fantastic. Works exactly as promised. When I had one minor issue (caused by a theme conflict) it was fixed within 12 hours. For a free app that is outstanding!

Quick and easy app to install on your shopify page. I would highly recommend it to anybody with a serious shopify store. Only problem is the logo in the corner. Don't know yet if I need to upgrade in order to remove it. Doesn't look bad though.
What a Wonderful app! I was looking for an app to display a headline across the top of my Shopify store and got more than I asked for with zotabox. I not only have my headline, I also have a live chat feature on my site now. I would give 6 stars if it was an option. I just know it's going to add to my sales.

Just installed this app today for my online store and it works great so far and love all the features and many options that can help to convert my visitors into buyers!
It seems working ok now, but I have just installed, so let's see. It was easy to use, also to download.
Nice app and so easy to use and its FREE so why not.I highly recommend
