Whenever I try to create one of my videos, it keeps staying stuck at 99% on the "Creating Video" screen. Other than that the app works perfect.

Had a nice looking Youtube Ad up and running in about 10 minutes. Also, I had a customer service question at 1130pm on a Sunday night and someone emailed me just a few minutes after I submitted my issue.

Everything was perfect except the fact you cant resize your logo, the bigger logos are shrunk down but there is so much extra room on the screen of the video. Other then that it was great.
Making content usually takes up so much of my time, but with this app, its quick and convenient. Also, the quality of the videos = AMAZING!

easy to use app and straight to the point on top of that its free. The only downside is there isnt a lot of options other than the few preset but if you are looking to make quick vids this is the app
I have given this app three stars. As It is In The Early Stages Of Development. It Is Hit and miss with loading products. Not Loading Properly. Lack Of Themes. This App Will Be Good On Social Media. Shame this app isnt fully working for upcoming christmas marketing. You Can only upload to Your Store. But dosent say where in your store it uploads to.
UPDATE: Hi Karen, We rolled our new release a few weeks ago and you got to check it out. it includes scroll stopping templates and many more features you should check. Let us know what you think :)
UPDATE: Hi Karen, happy to announce that we released the distribution feature and now it is possible to publish videos to Facebook (timeline, pages, and ad account), YouTube, Twitter and next week - Instagram!

Can't publish to Facebook anymore. It used to work but not since the application has evolved. Only publishing to Shopify product page is available, but in the end, it does not work either...

Sorry about that, our team is looking into it and it will be resolved soon.
As for publishing on Shopify, while some free themes (6) do not support all video functionalities when auto embedding a video from the app. You can use the manual embed option and embed the video on your product page description HTML.
We do hope you'll give the app another try!
