easy to use product, and awesome customer service!

i am brand new to this app (and ecommerce in general), and
i found the app to be highly intuitive and easy to set up and use...

then on the weekend when i was running a sale, the app stopped working... and i couldn't figure out why (i was tinkering with the settings...)

so i emailed them, and even though it was a weekend and technically not their working hours (they work Japan time), i got a reply within an hour of my email to them...

this type of customer service is just amazing, and i rate them 5 stars for being the real deal!

Great customization option. You can basically do whatever you want. Also I had one issue with translation and receive great customer support by Anthony.

I can’t recommend this app enough. It’s so fast! I removed two other popup apps and replaced them with Promolayer. My page size has gone down my a full megabyte and my page speed scores and conversion rates are up.

Great app, great support. There are a lot of settings and I was a little confused at first getting exit-intent running but Anthony walked me through it really kindly.

This product is already very helpful in our marketing but a product is only equally valuable if it has great customer support team especially for this type of products that would require immediate tech support or else we lose thousands of dollars. Very fast and very knowledgeable customer support. Keep up the prompt response to customers and you will go far.
