とても使いやすいですし、無料から始められるのでありがたいです。
有料化が必要なレベルの訪問があるのであれば有料でも十分ペイできるはずです。他のメールアプリとの連携もできるので全体像を踏まえ構築したほうが良いです。

真ん中のポップアップだけでなくバナーや右下に表示されるポップアップも選べてよかったです。クーポンルーレットもこれから使ってみようと思います。
テンプレートがたくさんあるのでデザインを深く考えることなく始められて良いです。

A new app and I have been using it for half a year. There are bugs, but the main function - running popups - works really well, AND it's super simple to setup. Though there are still bugs to fix, the support team is both super helpful, responsive, and open to suggestions to features and improvements based on our experience.

1点。shopify側で設定したメールアドレス宛にしか回答が来ないのが残念。
ですが、機能も含め無料でここまでできるのは助かっております。
CSは完璧です。返事も早いし、詳しく説明もしてくれます。日本で使うのにはこちらアプリすごくお勧めです。海外では使ってないのでわかりませんが。（笑）ただ、基本的な知識は必要にはなるかと思ういます。Shopifyはある程度の知識は持っておかないといけないですが。
