easy to use product, and awesome customer service!

i am brand new to this app (and ecommerce in general), and
i found the app to be highly intuitive and easy to set up and use...

then on the weekend when i was running a sale, the app stopped working... and i couldn't figure out why (i was tinkering with the settings...)

so i emailed them, and even though it was a weekend and technically not their working hours (they work Japan time), i got a reply within an hour of my email to them...

this type of customer service is just amazing, and i rate them 5 stars for being the real deal!

Great customization option. You can basically do whatever you want. Also I had one issue with translation and receive great customer support by Anthony.

This product is already very helpful in our marketing but a product is only equally valuable if it has great customer support team especially for this type of products that would require immediate tech support or else we lose thousands of dollars. Very fast and very knowledgeable customer support. Keep up the prompt response to customers and you will go far.

This Shopify app is fantastic with its user-friendly interface and numerous features all in one place. The support team is outstanding, and always ready to help for a seamless experience. Highly recommended for any Shopify store owner.

Good functionalities for the price, with extensive targeting options and editable (basic) email template for follow-ups. We first used Shopify Forms, but as that one does not have multilang support we switched to this one which allows us to do custom forms for different markets.

Die App funktioniert super - hatte vorher schon einige andere ausprobiert und war nie zu 100% zufrieden.
Auch bei Problem ist der Support sehr hilfsbereit und sehr engagiert und bemüht, das Problem zu lösen!
