Installed the app a week ago and followed all the instructions. It doesn't work at all. It's been incredibly hard to get a hold of support, after multiple emails and live chats they just keep saying they're flagging the issue to their developers. To make matters worse, part of their product is broken: "Currently, our crawling bot is experiencing an issue. We are actively working to resolve this matter. Once the issue is fixed, you will regain access to the leaked discount code data."

First off, I'm extremely sorry for your experience. As a team that operates multiple Shopify apps, we do our absolute best to make sure every single merchant has an amazing experience, especially when it comes to support.
Sadly, this particular app was essentially killed mid-last year when Shopify launched "Extensible" checkout. It wasn't exclusive to us, any similar app went from being able to "block" coupon extensions to being unable to do so anymore for anyone with the "new" Shopify Checkout.
This meant we all but shut this app down.
A few weeks ago we discovered a way to "revive" it, and now can block extensions like Honey, Capital One Shopping, (even for extensible checkout) and the rest from auto-injecting in checkout. But.... only for Shopify Plus stores.
We are in the process of bringing this app back from the dead.

POOR SUPPORT, Not responsive to requests to information on how to setup and refine settings.
Dear Feedback Sports team,
First off, this response is long overdue, and I'm sorry we only responding now.
Truth is, this app was essentially shut down mid-last year when Shopify launched "Extensible Checkout" which essentially killed our method of blocking coupon extensions like Honey and Capital One Shopping.
This wasn't unique to us, all similar type services essentially shut down. This meant our team was forced almost overnight to abandon this app.
A few weeks ago we found a way to revive this app, and now are one of the only (if not ONLY) app/service that can block auto injections of these extensions even for the new "extensible" checkout. However, this is limited to Shopify Plus right now, and we are working with Shopify on how to limit this app to only be available to Plus stores, since the core feature is limited to Plus stores per Shopify's limitations :(
We are in the process of fully reviving this app, including our full dedicated support team, and finishing all the services we used to offer that merchants loved.
