Nick went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot our proof email deliverability. He walked us through the process of updating our DNS so that our proof notification emails sent via our custom "from address" would pass SPF/DKIM and DMARC and not be missed in our customer spam folders.

The app is working perfectly and Nick has been very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. 10/10

This app is great but they warn me I need to upgrade I already paid 9.99 for 50 orders and from my understanding this should be 50 orders that I use the app. Now I haven't used the app this month that much up to like 6 orders. And if there counting all my orders coming in should not be counted as they have nothing to do with orders. From the looks they have a great scam to make customers upgrade each time. Be careful with them if you check your orders also check the orders you have sent proofs and you will see what I am going through.

Without doubt, one of the best apps out there for shopify. Customer service is absolutely outstanding - I have reached out several times regarding customisation and have always received the help and support needed. This is one of the BEST apps I've ever installed on my site. I've spent the last couple of years using a third-party proofing software on another platform that isn't connected to shopify and it worked ok but because it wasn't connected to shopify I had to go back and forth between both platforms and the proofing process took a lot of my time. I switched to Proofer and I'm blown away by how much this app has streamlined and simplified the proofing process for me. Now I can send proofs 5x as quickly as I did with the third party software. It's so easy to set up and use and I LOVE how I can see the proof status right within shopify. Nick (the developer) is AMAZING - he is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues. He even customized some settings for my shop and has been extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. I'd give the app 10 stars if I could.

We are just a few days into the app, and so far the service has been simply incredible. Nick is very responsive and helpful in answering questions and setting up the app to exactly what we need. We work with a number of apps and his service is among the best we have ever seen.

I'll be back with more feedback on the features and functionality as we start using the app. This is exactly what we are looking for to move proof requests and reviews off emails.

This app is super intuitive and exactly what I needed. Their developer, Alex, is extremely helpful through their live chat feature and has helped me customize the widget and email notifications. He's really prompt when you need help, I cant recommend this app and their customer service enough.

Has had a lot of outages recently. I cannot submit proofs and customers cannot view proofs.
When it works it's pretty good.
