Proofer Proof Management

Really a great usefull app. I couldn't have build my website without this app. It works great and the support is amazing. Nick from the live chat is always responding immediatly and even customized the app so it fits my store!

BRILLIANT app which is going to save me heaps of time across my two stores. If you make custom products and send your customers proofs you need this app. All the emails around the proofing process moves from your inbox to your shopify dashboard which saves me sooo much time. Nick the developer is amazing nothing is too much trouble, super helpful and responsive. Have been looking for an app like this for years and this ticks all the boxes. Thanks again.

Has had a lot of outages recently. I cannot submit proofs and customers cannot view proofs.
When it works it's pretty good.

This app has made our whole design process much more streamlined! Instead of flipping back and forth between Email and Shopify, everything can be found in one place. The interface is very user-friendly and the messages that our customers receive look very polished and professional. As an added bonus, the app makes our order history much easier to understand and track-down for customer service inquiries. All around, a wonderful addition to our Shopify experience.

I have never reviewed an app on Shopify and we have used many. This app is amazing & support is fast and helpful. Prior to using Proofer we were sending emails for every proof and many of them were getting lost in inboxes. This app has saved us more time than any other app. Highly highly recommend.

This is one of the BEST apps I've ever installed on my site. I've spent the last couple of years using a third-party proofing software on another platform that isn't connected to shopify and it worked ok but because it wasn't connected to shopify I had to go back and forth between both platforms and the proofing process took a lot of my time. I switched to Proofer and I'm blown away by how much this app has streamlined and simplified the proofing process for me. Now I can send proofs 5x as quickly as I did with the third party software. It's so easy to set up and use and I LOVE how I can see the proof status right within shopify. Nick (the developer) is AMAZING - he is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues. He even customized some settings for my shop and has been extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. I'd give the app 10 stars if I could.

Incredible app and incredible customer service. If you need to send customers proofs, this app works seamlessly with your orders, allows you to send files directly to customers. I've noticed an increase in the speed of which customers approve proofs also with emails not getting lost in junk and spam which I was struggling with before. I can see what needs to be printed, what needs proofing - the support has been almost instant and helpful every time I've asked for support - after 8 years of struggling to keep on top of proof management - this app is an excellent find! Thank you so much!
