Propel Sale Bulk Price Editor

App is not applying discount rules. Also no one replies on chat support. After creating the discount rules nothing happens.

Lots of bugs I will switch as soon as I find an alternative:
- Discounts stuck and I can't delete it or change it
- changing something in a scheduled discount while active makes it inactive and I cant re-activate it
- The countdown clock doesn't work probably more than it does.

Lovely app! Easy to use and set up a discount. Customer support was excellent! I really was excited about the stickers for the sale products. Unfortunately, they are only visible on the actual product page. That means people cannot browse thru your store and see products with stickers on them. They actually have to click on a product and bring it up before the sticker is visible. This sort of defeats the purpose of stickers....which is to make products stand out and show customers that they are on sale. Stickers give people a reason to click on the product...ie they already saw the sticker. So, you should make stickers visible on the products all the time. Especially when people are browsing thru a collection. That's the only real problem and the reason I gave 4 stars. I think I will have to create a collection just for my sale....that way people can find all items that are on sale.....just more work for me. If you could fix that sticker problem, then this app would be perfect!

Do NOT install this app if you have more than 100 items or variations! Here is the details to my experience: I installed the app to my shopify store. I set up the discount which was easy enough. I enabled it. That's when the problems started occurring. It notified me that for all of my products and variants (which was close to 20,000) that it would take 491 minutes. That's a little over 8 hours. Okay. So I reached out to support about this. Didn't hear back. I leave it going for 10 hours and then check on it...IT GOT STUCK AND WILL NOT MOVE 6,000 items in. I am NOT able to disable it until it finishes. I can't get in touch with support which I did receive a message stating that their customer support is Monday - Friday. Since it's the weekend I am out of luck. I also am not able to uninstall the app without having to go back in and correct every price they have already changed. AND! On top of it all someone was able to use the discounts and PAIR IT WITH A COUPON CODE so they got a double discount which this app states they aren't able to do that. So what am I left with? No bulk discount sales editor, a store I have to go back in and manually change the prices, AND customers getting extreme discounts to where I'm not making a profit. Free is not everything. Set the app back to beta testing.

This works better then a auto discount app. I had an issue with the countdown timer and the resolved this a.s.a.p. in my theme.

I've only used the app for a few days but so far the interface is really nice and simple to use. I like the addition of the sale badges which I am yet to use though. I had an issue the first time I tried the app but I reached out to support and they were prompt, helpful and super great.

This app work PERFECTLY WELL! Easy to use even for a novice.
Of course you cannot beat the price, but having tried another very similar (about the same) I can certainly say that this is much easier to use with a better anc clean interface.
