Propel Subscriptions App

Greta app for subscriptions. Support was great, fast and easy through the chat. Worked on a couple of formatting issues and now we're live accepting subscriptions for our products.

So far so good. The support over live chat is very fast and easy to understand. I had some questions about how the app manages billing of my customers each month and got positive responses from the support guy.

So far, I like this app. The customer service has been so grateful. Once I have it for a longer period of time, I'll add another review.

C'est une bonne application. Elle correspond bien à la gestion de mes abonnements. Il a fallu quelques réajustement pour mon thème et un opérateur a été très réactif.

When setting up the app, the chat screen made it clear that someone could help me with the onboarding process. Tom was extremely helpful in walking me through the settings that I needed to use.

Ive tried a few apps and I much prefer this one. Great features and super quick friendly support. Would definitely recommend.

After installing this app, I had a bunch of questions which Leo very patiently answered. He was so helpful even when I realized a couple of days later that I needed more functionality than the app could provide. I have since found a different app that handles what I need, but if you want a simple easy to use membership app to collect recurring payments, this one is excellent - and has wonderful customer service, which is hard to come by these days! Thanks, Propel!

Very quick to respond and help with anything all. I love that! So far the subscription service has been excellent. I really like that I can offer multiple options to my customers for subscription plans. Highly recommend!
