Purchasing insurance and filing claims from teh ease of your own website, no additional steps or hassle. Highly recommend!
Its a stellar add-on that gives customers peace of mind and saves us $ on the backend in the event that a shipment is lost, stolen or damaged. A packaged arrived to one customer in Great Britain pretty beat up after a transatlantic journey.
