We've used many package protection apps, to me, this one has been the best experience. The founding team communicates quicker than anyone I have worked with before. It's installed within our backend so we don't need to go to another site to access and see claims - makes my teams life a bit easier.

Finally, they are receptive to new ideas and changes, which is crucial in an ever changing landscape.

Give them a try. Save yourself the headaches of lost package revenue.

I highly recommend the app, they have made solid improvements with our complicated checkout. Love being able to communicate quickly with there reps via Integrated slack channels allowing for quick resolutions to our customer needs. The package protection just works, Its a crucial part of our business with how items break or get damaged and the replacements go out quickly and keep our customers happy.
