This app has been such an amazing addition to our website, it helps out customers feel more secure, particularly our large international customer base, and has also allowed increased our revenue so we can easily solve issues when they arise.
Particularly for us, as we are a retailer not a manufacturer, it means we don't need to wait on our brands permission/ support to replace faulty items. It also means we do not have to wait on postal carriers getting back to us when parcels go missing which can be really tedious.
I would highly recommend this to all online stores, it's a great feature.

We have been dealing with a couple of shipping protection companies, we ended up filing claims for our customers and doing research before asking our customers to reach out to the company. With ProtectMyOrder we are able to keep the revenue for the work we are already doing, we do not have to discuss and rely on somebody else to decide if to accept or deny a claim. The dev teams worked quickly to have the gadget up.
We have been using this app since it was released; most customers choose to add this at checkout, which adds revenue to the business as we do not have issues for most of our shipments; I would highly recommend this App

This app is great as it is so easy to install and the short video instruction is also very useful. We had the first order soon after we started using this app. It was like a magic! we just installed! Nothing else we did. As we are a small business, we appreciate any extra income. Plus, we rarely have a problem with delivery. Most of apps help to increase your income but this app can generate income directly, I feel. Also, it is good for customers. It has been a real pleasure to work with Mule.
