I paid a one time $4.99 for this app. I contacted them via chat asking for assistance and I was assured if I gave my email, shopify store and whatsapp they would assist me with my issue. That was a lie. I tried again several times and no response via chat. I tried again and now I get this: "Fatal Error: Uncaught Shopify ApiException: Unprocessable Entity...". There is no way to reach them. Do not download this app! I should have known when there were no reviews. Such a mistake! Beware and don't use them, EVER!
