They seen a problem from another app causing to break other app's to not function properly, they really helped me out to know what was going on, great work guys thanks so much.

We're still early days but it certainly helped our conversion rate during the trial period so have upgraded. Customer service is spot on

This app wasn't efficient for us .Very hard to reach someone for help. Sent many emails to cancel subscribtion no response.They keep charging us and there is no way to cancel on your own.

I think this is a well thought out and well designed app. Easy to install and easy to set up. I like this a lot - it seems to improve my conversion rate and gives a better feel to potential customers. The customization capability is pretty amazing and covers everything I can think of. Congrats in a really good app. I only have the free version because my store is too small to afford anything paid but the free version at least gives some capability for part of the month. This is one of the more valuable of the thousands of apps that are available to Shopify store owners. Social proof really does help convince people to buy. The major thing I like about it is that it is in real time. Unlike written reviews, the app actually pops up and is very eye-catching, While my customers are actively browsing my website! There's really not much I think that they could do to improve it, other than slowing down how fast the pop ups stay visible to the Customers. The pop ups do not stay on the screen quite long enough for a potential customer to actually read ALL of what others are saying in many instances. Perhaps, they should allow a pop up to remain on the screen for 10 seconds or so.

Social proof was very important to me because I'm just starting out. ProveSource is helping me with that. It's very beneficial because when I'm still scrambling around for my early sales with this new business, it's helping buyers have confidence in my store. Easy to use and install.

A simple and easy way to show how your store is selling to customers. A great way to show transparency and confidence to the customers. This is the perfect app to build confidence in customers.

I have been trying to find a social proof app on shopify that works well with my site, and also does what I want it to and show what I want it to. This is by far the best social proof app I've found. I love that you can set it up to show exactly what you want, for how long you want, what colors you want, what name you want (if there isn't a name for an order, it generates "a happy customer", but I love that I have to opportunity to change it to "a witch" or "a dark soul" to fit the theme of my store. Overall, really great! Love the analytics and how many clicks and conversions.

Really good app and proven to work. Would like to see more customisability with colours, fonts and layout of the popups, but I love the pop up sales functionality which I see tangible improvement in conversion rates. Highly recommend

This app is amazing. I've been using for my online store for the past couple months and it works perfectly.

The app works well! I feel that it reassures potential customers that they are in good hands on my site. It was easy to set up. The only issue that I've ever had is that once the product image didn't show with the sale info, but it hasn't happened frequently. I'd recommend the app.
