This app is great. I would say it is truly a must have. I have been using it now since Oct 29th. An I feel that with the proof of purchase popping up for potential customers to see. That this has increased my sales tremendously. My only issue is that I mad with myself that I waited so long to add it to my site.
Prove Source has been a wonderful app for my store! It is a great app to add credibility for your store. Highly Recommend!
Absolutely great app! very user-friendly and customizable for your store needs. I'm sure I'm getting better results because of the app! - and the best part is it's for free, so you can try it out and then upgrade if you like :)

Limited to ONLY 1K Monthly Unique Visitors for Free Version. That's little traffic. In general, we can say that it does the trick. Easy to use and to install. I wish we could change the color purple of your logo that does not match our brand colors. We searched in customize but not possible. I guess we need to upgrade to remove logo.

Update as of February 19 2020: downgrading from 2 stars to one star due to Provesource team still refuses to fix the issue and reimburse the difference they charge me.
UPDATE as of February 12 2020: After signing up with prove source plan Starter I added the "remove branding name" for additional $9. I did not check to see how much they actually charge me. I found out they charged me for a different plan of $49 for the last 5 months. I made an attempt to contact them but no response so I contacted Shopify and they did not correct the situation they just ignored it.
I going to escalate it to Shpify escalation team. as I am certain what plan I chose as I never had this issue with tens of apps that I install on our stores.
This is such a great app from a professional company! I used different companies before but this one is far beyond.. it looks way better, it works
& function as it supposed to and the customer support was prompt and amazing! I look forward to do more business with them in the future and I absolutely recommend them.

Apologies for our belated response, our support team was a bit overwhelmed.
As mentioned, it is impossible for us to charge you more than what you agree to.
For us to charge you through shopify you have to click "I agree" or "Allow" in the shopify admin center with the pricing and plan explicitly described in it.
We have provided refunds for 2 months due to an issue related to multiple stores and subscriptions you had.

The app works well! I feel that it reassures potential customers that they are in good hands on my site. It was easy to set up. The only issue that I've ever had is that once the product image didn't show with the sale info, but it hasn't happened frequently. I'd recommend the app.
Provesource is without a doubt the most effective social proof tool i have ever used. Even the logo is great.
This is great, love these guys and love the app, never had a problem and the look of the notification is on point and trust worthy. Helps conversions

Great app; only works with one service in the free plan, but it's enough for us, at least for now...
