It does the trick nicely with plenty of options. We experienced a couple of bugs, but the support team quickly responded and fixed the issue.
Tried to solve the issue or a good review program, spent a lot of time. Proviews recognized the struggle and just logged into my site and fixed everything. Very easy to use and a great value.

We have worked with the Simprosys team on their Google Shopping feed app for years and we switched to Proviews from another review app because they are the only app we found that was WCAG and ADA compliant. A lot of other apps can lead to lawsuits for web accessibility. Proviews team has been quick to do all necessary updates and Meet is very hands-on in implementing the app. Using this app we increased reviews we were getting. Highly recommended.

It is very easy to use. I am also one of the users. I have not encountered any problems. Even if there are problems, the customer service will solve them quickly.
We had recently re designed our store to be as up to date as possible with accessibility for all users. During the re design we replaced our former review partner due to their app not being compliant with accessibility issues and they did not understand how to fix it. We have worked with Milan in conjunction with the Proveiews app developers along with our web developer who specializes in web accessibility development to bring the Proview's app completely compliant and accessible for all users in our store. This was a huge W for our store and our visitors to have a review app compliant. It took a little bit of going back and forth but it was well worth it to get to the finish line. The support was tremendous. Highly recommend Milan and the team.
I added this app to consolidate Product Reviews and Q&A widgets that I wanted to include on my store to increase SEO. I use Simprosys to also sync my product catalog with GMC, Bing and Facebook. The company is great and the support team is very responsive. 100% recommend you use any app from Simprosys.

I have tried quite a few review apps in the past and this one is definitely the best value for all the features you receive. The support team and Meet were incredibly fast to resolve any questions and issues. I also really appreciate that the whole team are professional developers and official Google partners, which brings many benefits on board. I also use their other app (Feed for Google Shopping) which I also HIGHLY recommend. For me personally the ability to integrate with Google Shopping Product Reviews was important and that can be easily done with this app while others change so much more for this feature. Review requests can be all automated, importing reviews from other providers is super easy, and even custom CSS can be added, so there are so many reasons this app is better than other more known ones. I definitely recommend giving this app a try.
