I haven't been using the app for long, this review is more for the customer service.

I had some issues with an import, which I couldn't resolve. The support was very good and the problem was fixed in a single session.

The app itself is easy to use and has a wealth of features. I also use the Google Shopping Feed app, so keeping with Simprosys products seems like a good idea as the interfaces are similar.
