Thank you to Proviews team for helping me sign up for this app. His excellent customer service truly made my day, and I had confidence that I use this app to improve my store. This is a really good app with complete bucket and the app interface is very easy to understand. This app is highly recommended. support is very quick for sure... recommended if you are looking for rate review app.

I have been using Proviews for about a month and the integration has been seamless! The UI and features are far above other apps. When I had questions the team at Proviews provided excellent customer service, helping to resolve several challenges we had. Every communication has been polite, fast, and they are always eager to help. We're so happy that we chose this app!

The app itself is clearly still evolving, but I'll give it 5 stars all day long because customer service has been awesome. While it might be hard to navigate the software at times, customer service has been willing to virtually hold my hand and solve every single inquiry and issue I've struggled with.

We had recently re designed our store to be as up to date as possible with accessibility for all users. During the re design we replaced our former review partner due to their app not being compliant with accessibility issues and they did not understand how to fix it. We have worked with Milan in conjunction with the Proveiews app developers along with our web developer who specializes in web accessibility development to bring the Proview's app completely compliant and accessible for all users in our store. This was a huge W for our store and our visitors to have a review app compliant. It took a little bit of going back and forth but it was well worth it to get to the finish line. The support was tremendous. Highly recommend Milan and the team.

Switched to this app from Yotpo after using Yotpo for 2 and a half years. Beyond satisfied. The support provided by their team, from setting up the account to infusing the reviews with our store, has been extraordinary. Kudos to the entire team.
